Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker, LICSW

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Deliver clinical therapy services via BetterHelp’s online telehealth platform.

• Build a comprehensive clinical caseload through regular referrals.

• Facilitate therapy sessions using live interactions, shared journals, audio and video messages, clinical worksheets, as well as goal setting and tracking.

• Concentrate on clinical responsibilities while BetterHelp manages client acquisition, billing, support, and operations.

• Maintain autonomy in clinical decision-making and select suitable approaches for each client.

• Collaborate with clients whose concerns align with your specific expertise.

• Utilize secure and encrypted communication methods including phone, video, and text.

• Handle a flexible schedule and choose your appointment times.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of experience (Required).

• Master’s degree (Required).

• Possession of a full independent clinical license such as LCSW, LPCC, LMFT, Psychologist, PsyD, or a similar credential.

• Fully licensed by a State Board to deliver therapy independently and without supervision.

• Experience in counseling adults, couples, and/or teens.

• A private and professional environment for conducting therapy sessions.

• Exceptional written communication skills.

• Professional liability insurance.

• Dependable Internet connection.

• Must currently reside in the US.

• Should not require supervision to provide therapy services.

• Interns, substance abuse counselors, school counselors, registered nurses, career counselors, Christian counselors, and business coaches are not accepted unless they possess an additional license as a mental health counselor.
