This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
β’ Manage all facets of client accounts, including policy modifications, cancellations, account updates, and payment processing.
β’ Evaluate accounts for necessary coverage adjustments and incorporate additional coverages as per client requirements.
β’ Refer existing clients to the sales team when necessary to ensure agency retention and enhance client satisfaction.
β’ Prepare necessary documents such as applications, change requests, disclosures, and other paperwork.
β’ Cultivate strong relationships with clients and insurance carriers.
β’ Respond to incoming calls and emails promptly.
β’ Identify and assess customer needs to ensure satisfaction.
β’ Document client and carrier interactions, completed tasks, and received documents in the AMS360 management system.
β’ Undertake special projects and additional tasks assigned by management.
β’ Cross-sell additional lines of business through comprehensive account reviews.
β’ Property & Casualty (P&C) Insurance License is required.
β’ Demonstrated customer support experience in home and auto insurance.
β’ Ability to handle multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and manage time efficiently.
β’ Proficient in all Microsoft Office applications.
β’ Strong attention to detail combined with time management and decision-making abilities.
β’ Comfortable working in a high-volume environment.
β’ Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
β’ Technologically adept.
β’ A dedicated, distraction-free home workspace is essential.
β’ Availability during assigned work hours to meet call volume and service expectations.
β’ Must adhere to assigned schedules, including scheduled holidays based on business coverage needs.
β’ Meet established productivity, quality, and performance benchmarks.
β’ Ability to navigate multiple computer systems simultaneously while actively engaging with customers.
β’ A professional workspace with a dedicated desk is required.
β’ Access to reliable high-speed internet with a wired connection (cable, fiber, or DSL) from a major ISP, with a minimum of 25 Mbps download and 10 Mbps upload; 50 Mbps download / 25 Mbps upload or higher is recommended.
β’ Experience with AMS360, PL Rater, or other rating tools is preferred.
