Licensed Community Association Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.

📋 Description

• Oversee single-family Homeowners Association (HOA) communities

• Facilitate board meetings and management

• Supervise community financials

• Assist in business development efforts

• Cultivate relationships with boards, homeowners, and vendors

• Deliver exceptional service to the communities under management

• Travel for training, marketing initiatives, and community visits

• Collaborate with a dedicated support team

• Contribute to the expansion of CMGT’s market in the Florida Panhandle

⛳️ Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED is a must

• Valid Florida Community Association Manager (CAM) License

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in HOA or community management

• Residency in the Florida Panhandle is required

• Must possess reliable transportation and maintain a clean driving record

• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities

• Capability to foster relationships with boards, homeowners, and vendors

• Strong skills in organization and time management

• Experience managing single-family HOA communities is preferred

• Prior experience working directly with HOA boards is preferred

• Background in sales, marketing, or business development is preferred

• Familiarity with HOA management software like Vantaca is preferred

• Interest in aiding the growth of a company's presence in a new market is preferred

• Proficient with tools/software such as Vantaca, Microsoft Teams, Outlook, BambooHR, Canva, RingCentral, and South Data
