Community Manager – FTC 6 Months

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Formulate and oversee community strategies for essential Team17 products.

• Gather and present community insights to both internal production teams and external developer partners.

• Pinpoint areas for enhancing engagement, retention, and overall appeal.

• Collaborate on community-driven projects alongside development, marketing, sales teams, and external partners.

• Serve as a liaison with external partners while maintaining robust relationships.

• Strategically plan and manage content schedules across owned channels.

• Oversee social media and forums, acting as the Team17 representative and primary contact for players.

• Organize and facilitate livestreams in accordance with community campaign strategies.

• Represent Team17 titles both internally and online as an ambassador.

• Cultivate a deep understanding of Team17 products.

• Manage multiple communities across various titles and genres.

• Strong comprehension and experience with Team17 games and their respective audiences.

• Unwavering passion for video games and their development, with a thorough understanding of the current video game industry.

• Prior experience as a Community Manager, crafting innovative and impactful campaign strategies.

• Proficient in livestream production and presentation.

• Ability to track, assess, and compile community sentiment reports.

• Experience in creating captivating social media content.

• Familiarity with photo and video editing software, including Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Premiere Pro.

• Exceptional communication skills, capable of building effective and collaborative relationships with diverse stakeholders.

• Experience in building and managing communities on Discord.

• Proficient in clearly conveying information to players across various social media platforms.

• Knowledgeable in creating content for TikTok, Twitter, Facebook, and YouTube, including the ability to adapt to key trends.
