This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Inspire and energize producers both in-person and online.

• Acknowledge community leaders and equip producers with resources to support one another.

• Foster local collaborations with extension services, conservation organizations, and farmer networks.

• Organize and facilitate grassroots events while representing Nofence at significant conferences.

• Oversee training, operations, and logistics for events.

• Identify, recruit, and onboard producer ambassadors.

• Keep ambassadors motivated, connected, and engaged.

• Act as the primary contact for ambassadors and manage program operations.

• Utilize business data to determine community-building priorities.

• Monitor community health and relay actionable feedback from producers to internal teams.

• Link producers with nearby and similarly minded Nofence users.

• Assist in producer-hosted events and help cultivate the online community.

• Work in conjunction with growth, sales, marketing, customer success, and product teams.


⛳️ Requirements

• Experience in grassroots organizing or a related discipline.

• Practical experience is valued equally to formal education.

• Background in working directly with farmers, ranchers, and/or rural communities.

• Strong organizational abilities and comfort with data analysis.

• Proficient event planning skills.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication capabilities, particularly on social media platforms.

• Self-motivated and proactive work approach.

• Willingness to travel, including visits to farms, events, and team meet-ups.

• Familiarity with CRM tools, preferably HubSpot.

• Experience using Google Workspace and basic data tracking methods.

• Understanding of agriculture and livestock production.

• Experience in creating or managing ambassador, affiliate, or referral programs.

• Background in developing or moderating an online community, forum, or group.
