Licensed Clinical Social Worker, LCSW

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona.

📋 Description

• Deliver clinical supervision that meets board requirements for associate-level clinicians aiming for full licensure.

• Assist associates in providing telehealth services to the Medicaid community.

• Supervise in accordance with professional discretion and Arizona board regulations.

• Mentor associates throughout the licensure process.

• Support documentation and compliance activities related to Medicaid services.

• Collaborate with associates to enhance their clinical competencies.

⛳️ Requirements

• Hold a valid LCSW license in good standing in Arizona.

• Obtain board approval to provide clinical supervision.

• Possess a Master’s degree in Social Work.

• Demonstrated success in guiding associates to achieve full licensure.

• Maintain personal malpractice coverage ($1M per occurrence / $3M aggregate).

• Knowledgeable in clinical documentation and treatment planning according to Medicaid guidelines.

• Experience with EHR systems and other digital tools.

• Have a quiet, HIPAA-compliant home office setup.

• Own a computer and have reliable internet for conducting confidential virtual sessions.

• Fluent in English.

• Spanish language skills are preferred; proficiency in additional languages is a plus.

• Possess extensive clinical experience and strong diagnostic judgment.

• Capable of providing developmental feedback to associates.

• Comfortable assisting associates with Medicaid documentation and compliance.
