Licensed Clinical Social Worker, LCSW

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Deliver full-time outpatient therapy through Brave Health's telehealth program.

• Provide mental health treatment to patients of all ages, including adolescents aged 13–17.

• Conduct approximately 30 patient-facing hours each week, typically seeing 6–8 patients daily.

• Diagnose and address mental health and/or substance abuse disorders.

• Create and implement treatment plans.

• Perform comprehensive assessments.

• Collaborate with clients to help them reach their goals.

• Utilize telehealth software, video communication, and internal communication tools.

• Complete clinical documentation during patient sessions in real-time.

• Maintain a consistent Monday–Friday schedule with available shifts from 9am–6pm, 10am–7pm, or 11am–8pm ET.

⛳️ Requirements

• Master's degree and valid licensure.

• Unrestricted ability to work in the United States without employer sponsorship now or in the future.

• A private workspace at home for patient safety and HIPAA compliance.

• Proficiency in English; Spanish fluency preferred and knowledge of additional languages is a bonus.

• Familiarity with mental health and/or substance abuse diagnoses.

• Skills in treatment planning.

• Comfort with telehealth software, video communication, and internal communication tools.

• Experience collaborating with clients to meet their objectives.

• Ability to conduct thorough assessments.

• Current independent clinical licensure, such as LCSW or another recognized clinical credential.

• Willingness to obtain additional state licenses as required.

• Approximately 30 patient-facing hours weekly, typically with 6–8 patients per day.

• Capacity to complete clinical documentation during patient sessions concurrently.

• Openness to provide therapy to adolescents aged 13–17.

• Experience in delivering one-on-one psychotherapy within the past 12 months.
