Licensed Clinical Social Worker, LCSW

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Provide full-time outpatient therapy services via Brave Health's telehealth program.

• Deliver mental health treatment for patients of all ages, including adolescents.

• Offer care to individuals covered by commercial health plans, Medicaid, and Medicare.

• Diagnose and address mental health and/or substance abuse issues.

• Create treatment plans and perform comprehensive assessments.

• Collaborate with clients to meet their treatment objectives.

• Utilize telehealth software, video communication, and internal communication tools throughout the day.

• Complete around 30 patient-facing hours weekly, usually seeing 6–8 patients each day.

• Conduct clinical documentation concurrently during patient sessions.

• Adhere to a fixed Monday–Friday schedule within available EST shifts: 9am–6pm, 10am–7pm, or 11am–8pm.

⛳️ Requirements

• Master’s degree and appropriate licensure.

• Licensed therapist/LCSW credentials required.

• Unrestricted authorization to work in the United States without employer sponsorship now or in the future.

• Private work-from-home environment that ensures patient safety and complies with HIPAA regulations.

• Proficiency in English; Spanish fluency preferred; knowledge of other languages is an advantage.

• Understanding of mental health and/or substance abuse diagnoses.

• Skills in treatment planning.

• Comfort with telehealth software, video communication, and internal communication tools.

• Experience in collaborating with clients to achieve their goals.

• Capability to conduct comprehensive assessments.

• Willingness to provide therapy to adolescents aged 13–17.

• Approximately 30 patient-facing hours weekly, typically seeing 6–8 patients per day.

• Ability to complete clinical documentation concurrently during patient sessions.

• Current independent licensure and recent one-on-one psychotherapy experience will be evaluated in the application process.
