Licensed Clinical Social Worker, LCSW

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.

📋 Description

• Deliver full-time outpatient therapy services via Brave Health's telehealth program.

• Provide mental health care to patients of all ages, including adolescents aged 13–17.

• Diagnose and address mental health and/or substance use disorders.

• Create tailored treatment plans.

• Conduct thorough assessments.

• Collaborate with clients to meet their treatment objectives.

• Utilize telehealth software, video communication, and internal communication platforms.

• Complete clinical documentation in real-time during patient appointments.

• Maintain approximately 30 patient-facing hours weekly, typically seeing 6–8 patients daily.

• Potential to acquire additional state licenses as Brave Health grows.

⛳️ Requirements

• Master's degree and appropriate licensure.

• Unrestricted ability to work in the United States without future employer sponsorship.

• A private work-from-home environment ensuring patient safety and HIPAA compliance.

• Proficiency in English.

• Spanish language skills preferred; proficiency in other languages is beneficial.

• Understanding of mental health and/or substance use disorder diagnoses.

• Skills in treatment planning.

• Comfort with telehealth software, video communication, and internal communication tools.

• Experience in collaborating with clients to achieve their goals.

• Capability to perform comprehensive assessments.

• Must currently possess independent clinical licensure.

• Must be available for a fixed schedule from Monday to Friday, 9am–6pm or 10am–7pm CDT.

• Willingness to obtain additional state licenses as required.

• Must be prepared to provide therapy for adolescents aged 13–17.

• Maintain approximately 30 patient-facing hours weekly, typically seeing 6–8 patients daily.

• Comfortable completing clinical documentation concurrently during patient sessions.
