Licensed Clinical Social Worker, LCSW

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Oklahoma.

📋 Description

• Deliver outpatient mental health services through Brave Health's telehealth program.

• Provide individual psychotherapy to patients of all ages, including adolescents aged 13–17.

• Address mental health issues and/or substance use disorders.

• Create tailored treatment plans.

• Perform thorough assessments.

• Collaborate with clients to reach their treatment objectives.

• Utilize telehealth software, video conferencing, and internal communication systems.

• Complete clinical documentation in real-time during patient consultations.

• Offer around 30 hours of patient-facing services weekly, typically seeing 6–8 patients each day.

• Work alongside the clinical and recruiting teams throughout the application and matching process.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Master’s degree and appropriate licensure.

• Eligibility to work within the United States.

• Continuous, unrestricted authorization to work in the U.S. without the need for visa sponsorship or renewal.

• A private workspace at home to ensure patient safety and adhere to HIPAA regulations.

• Proficiency in English is required; Spanish is preferred, and knowledge of other languages is an advantage.

• Compliance with background checks and regulatory standards.

• Understanding of mental health and/or substance use disorder diagnoses.

• Ability to formulate treatment plans.

• Comfortable with telehealth software, video communication, and internal communication platforms.

• Experience in collaborating with clients to achieve their goals.

• Capability to conduct comprehensive assessments.

• Current independent clinical licensure; openness to obtaining additional state licenses as necessary.

• Recent experience in providing one-on-one psychotherapy.

• Willingness to work with adolescents aged 13–17.

• Approximately 30 patient-facing hours weekly, typically seeing 6–8 patients per day.

• Ability to complete clinical documentation concurrently during patient sessions.

• Commitment to a consistent Monday–Friday work schedule.
