Licensed Clinical Social Worker, LCSW

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Deliver clinical expertise and therapeutic services via BetterHelp’s online telehealth platform.

• Conduct live sessions as scheduled and communicate through shared journals, audio and video messages, clinical worksheets, and goal setting/tracking.

• Build a full clinical caseload through steady referrals.

• Concentrate on clinical responsibilities while BetterHelp manages client acquisition, billing, support, and operations.

• Exercise independence in clinical decision-making and choose clinically suitable methods.

• Collaborate with clients who are matched to particular areas of expertise and presenting issues.

• Ensure privacy and confidentiality using secure, encrypted communication methods including phone, video, and text.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of experience (mandatory).

• Master’s degree (mandatory).

• Possession of a full independent clinical license, such as LCSW, LPCC, LMFT, Psychologist, or PsyD.

• Fully licensed by a State Board to provide therapy independently and without supervision.

• Experience in counseling adults, couples, and/or teenagers.

• A private and professional setting for conducting therapy sessions.

• Strong written communication skills.

• Professional liability insurance.

• Stable Internet connection.

• Currently residing in the United States.

• Not an intern and does not require supervision to deliver therapy services.

• Not classified as a substance abuse counselor, school counselor, registered nurse, career counselor, Christian counselor, or business coach unless possessing an additional mental health counselor license.
