This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.
• Build a positive and trusting relationship with patients.
• Assess and treat mental health conditions.
• Develop personalized treatment plans tailored to patient needs and situations.
• Meet with patients regularly to offer counseling and treatment, making necessary adjustments to treatment plans.
• Perform continuous evaluations of patient progress.
• Engage and counsel family members when appropriate.
• Organize outreach and referral initiatives within local communities.
• Oversee patient data, clinical documentation, and patient histories within EHR systems.
• Collaborate with small clinical teams under the guidance of a licensed clinical lead.
• At least 12 months of experience in a clinical environment after obtaining full licensure.
• A Master’s Level Degree or higher in a relevant field (mandatory).
• A valid, unrestricted LMFT, LCSW, LPC, LPCC, or Psychologist license based on the office location; applications without a current, active license will not be accepted.
• Not recruiting associate/intern-level therapists.
• Maintain professional licensure and/or certification throughout the duration of employment.
• Proven proficiency in EHR systems; familiarity with NextGen is highly preferred.
• Strong computer skills, including experience with word processing, spreadsheets, databases, and presentations.
• Ability to swiftly adapt to new technologies and resolve common issues.
• Outstanding organizational abilities.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Capability to build and sustain effective working relationships with clients and their families.
• Ability to collaborate as an effective team member.
• Skills to guide, direct, or influence others.
• Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is advantageous, but not mandatory.
