Licensed Clinical Social Worker

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.

📋 Description

• Oversee and implement suitable treatment strategies for individuals in the behavioral health program

• Welcome patients and introduce yourself

• Confirm patient details, including medical history, medications, and the reason for their visit

• Conduct pre-surgical assessments and diagnoses for surgical implant procedures

• Provide evaluations, diagnoses, individual therapy sessions, routine counseling, crisis interventions, and suicide risk assessments

• Monitor the effectiveness of interventions

• Offer referrals for additional services as required

• Create and deliver content for patient education and counseling programs

• Record patient information in EMR/EHR systems

• Protect medical records and ensure patient confidentiality

• Maintain a safe, secure, and healthy working environment

• Collaborate with clinical and other staff members to provide patient services

• Utilize standard office equipment

• Comply with Advanced Pain Care policies, procedures, and relevant requirements

• Perform additional duties as assigned

⛳️ Requirements

• Master’s degree in social work

• License as a Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) is mandatory

• Preferred minimum of one year of relevant experience

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Familiarity with medical terminology

• Strong organizational and prioritization skills

• Diplomatic public interaction abilities

• Commitment to safety practices

• Capacity to protect patient information and uphold confidentiality

• Able to work a standard schedule from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday

• Capable of sitting and/or standing for extended periods

• Able to bend, stoop, and stretch as necessary

• Able to lift and transport boxes and other items weighing up to 30 pounds

• Adequate eye-hand coordination and manual dexterity to operate office equipment
