Legal Subject Matter Expert

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Manage the legal obligations related to data sharing for members of the Healthcare Fraud Prevention Partnership and the Trusted Third Party.

• Review and finalize legal agreements that govern data sharing among partners.

• Enhance the relationship between the Trusted Third Party and data-sharing partners.

• Collaborate with HFPP Leadership, the Partner Engagement Team, and private payer partners.

• Facilitate the completion of legal documents that impact partners' data-sharing capabilities and GDIT's governance of that data.

• Utilize Microsoft Suite effectively.

⛳️ Requirements

• Juris Doctorate degree.

• A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience.

• Excellent oral and written communication abilities.

• Capability to present information to management-level personnel.

• Familiarity with data sharing agreements and healthcare is preferred.

• Proficient in Microsoft Suite.

• Willingness to travel up to 10% of the time.

• US citizenship is not mandatory.

• Security clearance is not required.
