Legal Recruitment Researcher / Sourcing Consultant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Identify, search for, and headhunt legal professionals and candidates using specialized recruitment databases and online platforms.

• Filter and organize candidate pools within internal applicant tracking systems and candidate databases.

• Initiate outreach to potential candidates.

• Assess candidate backgrounds in relation to specific client mandates.

• Perform preliminary phone or video screenings.

• Timely submission of qualified candidate profiles and CVs to recruitment consultants.

• Assist with dedicated short-term, project-based, or ongoing contract search initiatives.

• Collaborate closely with recruitment consultants to provide qualified candidates for legal search mandates.

⛳️ Requirements

• Demonstrated experience in recruitment, candidate sourcing, or talent acquisition.

• Previous experience in a recruitment agency is preferred.

• Excellent communication skills and confidence in speaking directly with potential candidates.

• Technical proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS), database search algorithms, and online sourcing tools.

• Ability to swiftly grasp job requirements and the context of the legal sector without extensive technical onboarding.

• Strong organizational capabilities.

• Capacity to manage multiple sourcing projects concurrently.

• Availability for project-based, monthly retainer, or secondment engagement models.
