Legal Project Manager III

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Develop and sustain metrics, dashboards, and reporting frameworks to assess the Legal team's workload, performance, outcomes, and risk.

• Revamp and continually enhance legal processes.

• Create scalable workflows, playbooks, and templates.

• Detect process gaps and areas for efficiency improvement.

• Lead comprehensive internal and cross-functional legal operations initiatives.

• Oversee team queues and address legal inquiries, requests, and tasks in a timely and accurate manner.

• Design and implement AI-assisted workflows to streamline legal intake and contract review processes.

• Monitor industry trends and advancements in legal operations.

• Share knowledge and insights to foster continuous improvement.

• Advocate for and integrate Samsara’s cultural principles as the company expands globally.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of pertinent operations, analytical, or technical experience.

• Background in a technology or SaaS organization.

• Proficient in creating and maintaining metrics, dashboards, and reporting frameworks.

• Comfortable working with data and presenting findings to leadership.

• Practical experience with GenAI and AI models/tools.

• Skilled in managing workflows, intake, approval, reporting, or automation tools within legal or operations environments.

• Demonstrated adaptability and a proactive approach.

• Excellent problem-solving and project management abilities.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Meticulous attention to detail and capability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.

• Proficient or on a path to proficiency in developing and managing agentic AI workflows and other automation strategies.

• Experience with tools and systems like Zendesk, Ironclad, Ivo, Brightflag, and similar platforms.

• Must be a resident of the US, excluding the San Francisco Bay Metro Area, NYC Metro Area, and Washington, D.C. Metro Area.
