This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Convert legal reasoning, workflows, and procedural needs into structured AI-enabled systems.

• Create decision trees, escalation frameworks, workflow logic, and prompt architectures specifically for family law processes.

• Collaborate with attorneys and operational teams to uncover opportunities for automation and process enhancements.

• Assist in structuring and maintaining institutional legal knowledge repositories, workflow playbooks, and operational guidance systems.

• Develop and enhance AI prompts, retrieval systems, and workflow orchestration logic.

• Support the creation of AI-powered intake systems, document automation processes, and client communication platforms.

• Work closely with product managers, developers, and AI engineers on implementation and testing phases.

• Aid in defining quality assurance, human review, and escalation standards for AI-generated outputs.

• Monitor AI deliverables for consistency, quality, compliance, and effectiveness in operations.

• Engage in testing, iteration, and optimization of AI-assisted legal workflows.

• Contribute to documenting legal workflows, system logic, and governance protocols.

• Stay updated on emerging AI technologies, trends in legal technology, and changing regulatory factors influencing AI in legal services.


⛳️ Requirements

• Juris Doctor (JD), paralegal certification, legal operations experience, or comparable practical legal workflow experience.

• Over 3 years of experience in legal operations, legal technology, workflow design, legal process engineering, product operations, or similar fields.

• In-depth understanding of legal workflows, procedural systems, and operational process design.

• Outstanding analytical and systems-thinking skills.

• Capability to convert complex legal concepts into structured workflows and operational logic.

• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.

• Strong organizational and project management skills.

• Comfortable operating in highly collaborative, cross-functional environments.

• A strong sense of curiosity and enthusiasm about AI, automation, and the future of legal services.
