This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colorado.

📋 Description

• Transform legal reasoning, workflows, and procedural requirements into organized AI-enabled systems.

• Create decision trees, escalation frameworks, workflow logic, and prompt architectures tailored for family law workflows.

• Collaborate with attorneys and operational teams to discover automation opportunities and enhance processes.

• Assist in organizing and maintaining institutional legal knowledge repositories, workflow playbooks, and operational guidance systems.

• Develop and optimize AI prompts, retrieval systems, and workflow orchestration logic.

• Support the creation of AI-driven intake systems, document automation workflows, and client communication platforms.

• Collaborate with product managers, developers, and AI engineers on implementation and testing phases.

• Aid in defining quality assurance, human review, and escalation standards for AI-generated outputs.

• Monitor AI results for consistency, quality, compliance, and operational efficiency.

• Engage in testing, iteration, and enhancement of AI-assisted legal workflows.

• Contribute to the documentation of legal workflows, system logic, and governance procedures.

• Stay updated on emerging AI technologies, legal tech trends, and evolving regulatory factors affecting AI in legal services.


⛳️ Requirements

• Juris Doctor (JD), paralegal certification, legal operations experience, or equivalent practical experience in legal workflows.

• Over 3 years of experience in legal operations, legal technology, workflow design, legal process engineering, product operations, or similar fields.

• Strong comprehension of legal workflows, procedural systems, and operational process design.

• Exceptional analytical skills and systems-thinking capabilities.

• Ability to convert complex legal concepts into structured workflows and operational logic.

• Outstanding written and verbal communication abilities.

• Strong organizational skills and project management expertise.

• Comfortable working in a highly collaborative, cross-functional setting.

• A genuine curiosity and enthusiasm about AI, automation, and the future of legal services.
