Legal Intake Specialist, Bilingual

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New Jersey.

📋 Description

• Conduct interviews with potential clients via phone and email to provide insight into the firm and their cases.

• Perform primary research to assess the validity of prospective clients' claims.

• Analyze prospective clients' claims to ensure they align with the firm's areas of expertise.

• Acquire new clients and secure their business.

• Arrange initial consultation meetings with attorneys for promising candidates.

• Input client information for both incoming and outgoing communications.

• Facilitate onboarding and manage processes for new and prospective clients who are suitable for the firm.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bilingual in Spanish.

• Possess an excellent telephone speaking voice that is direct, clear, and concise.

• Must demonstrate empathy.

• Strong negotiation abilities and interpersonal skills are essential.

• Consistent and effective communication skills are required.

• Candidates should be driven, resilient, and persistent.

• A strong desire to succeed and grow is necessary.

• Enjoyment of teamwork is important.

• Natural sales aptitude with the ability to persuade clients to sign with the firm.

• Capability to manage all aspects of personal injury claims.

• Enjoy phone interactions.

• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

• A positive and friendly attitude is a must.

• Sales experience is highly advantageous.
