This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.
• Assess calls from our Call Center and serve as the initial point of contact for immigration clients seeking solutions.
• Execute high-volume outbound and inbound communications (50+ calls daily).
• Evaluate leads and pinpoint viable opportunities.
• Transform inquiries into consultations and retain clients utilizing effective sales strategies.
• Establish trust with clients while managing sensitive and critical situations.
• Keep precise records in CRM systems and sales pipelines.
• Achieve and surpass daily, weekly, and monthly sales objectives.
• Collaborate with internal teams to enhance client experience and conversion rates.
• Maintain the firm’s standards with professionalism, urgency, and empathy.
• Full professional proficiency in English and Spanish (C1 level).
• 2–3 years of proven success in phone sales.
• Background in legal intake or immigration client consultations.
• Demonstrated ability to close deals or convert leads into paying clients.
• Experience in KPI or metrics-driven settings.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Capacity to manage a high volume of calls and multitask efficiently.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent experience.
• Proficient with CRM systems and remote communication tools.
• Capability to accept payments in USD via PayPal.
• A reliable laptop or desktop (minimum 8GB RAM, Core i5 or higher).
• Stable 10 Mbps internet connection to ensure optimal performance.
