This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Conduct legal assessments of NDAs, client contracts, Master Services Agreements, Scopes of Work, disclaimers and release letters, RFPs and tenders, standard software agreements, data privacy agreements, supplier agreements, carrier agreements, and business associate agreements.

• Collaborate with internal clients through various internal communication channels.

• Aid in the drafting, reviewing, vetting, and negotiating of agreements involving customers, vendors, sellers, buyers, financial institutions, and other third parties.

• Provide guidance on brand protection issues concerning intellectual property and information management, which includes data protection, data privacy, and cybersecurity.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 7 years of experience in the field.

• Comprehensive understanding of commercial terms, taxation, and intellectual property.

• Exceptional negotiation and communication abilities.

• Extensive knowledge of commercial terms and taxation.

• Familiarity with data protection, data privacy, and cybersecurity regulations.

• Proven experience in reviewing, drafting, vetting, and negotiating legal agreements and contracts.
