This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Minnesota.

• Assist customers with the Corporate Legal suite of products.

• Achieve measurable customer results through structured Customer Success Plans (CSPs).

• Organize executive business reviews (EBRs) and proactive customer check-ins.

• Act as a product expert during events and create enablement resources for customers.

• Develop and present business plans while reporting on market activities.

• Exemplify best-in-class practices for customer and product success.

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in Customer Success roles or teams (SaaS experience preferred).

• Juris Doctor (JD) or legal experience is advantageous.

• Practical experience with Gainsight, Gong, and Salesforce (or similar CS/CRM platforms).

• Previous experience in the legal technology field or direct engagement with legal professionals.

• Functional and technical expertise in GenAI systems and AI prompting engineering.

• Exceptional executive presence and communication abilities.

• Bachelor's degree is mandatory; a Master's degree or JD is a bonus.

• Willingness to travel up to 25% of the time.
