📋 Description

• Analyze and assess legal, commercial, compliance, and contract-related documents.

• Evaluate documents and professional outputs for accuracy, completeness, clarity, and relevance.

• Detect errors, inconsistencies, omissions, contractual risks, and areas needing enhancement.

• Deliver clear, objective, and structured feedback following established evaluation criteria.

• Utilize professional judgment and domain expertise when reviewing complex materials.

• Benchmark work products against defined standards, requirements, and best practices.

• Clearly and concisely document findings and recommendations.

• Adhere to project-specific guidelines and ensure consistency throughout evaluation tasks.

• Operate independently while fulfilling established quality and turnaround expectations.

• Complete projects remotely according to the agreed timeline.

• Engage in projects that may differ in scope, duration, and workload.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification.

• A minimum of 2+ years of professional experience in legal, commercial, compliance, contracts, or a related field.

• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities.

• Keen attention to detail with the capability to spot errors or gaps in professional documents.

• Ability to interpret complex information and provide well-founded assessments.

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.

• Strong skills in document review, analysis, and evaluation.

• Familiarity with commercial contracts, legal documentation, or compliance materials.

• Capability to follow structured evaluation guidelines and apply them consistently.

• Strong written reasoning and feedback skills.

• Excellent organizational and time management capabilities.

• Candidates must reside in the United States, United Kingdom, Europe, or Canada.

• Proficient English reading and writing skills are essential.

• Candidates should be comfortable working independently in a fully remote setting.
