This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Manage and process foreclosure cases in accordance with client-specific, state, and federal regulations.
• Prepare, review, and submit documents related to foreclosure.
• Enter and maintain data in case management systems while ensuring compliance with deadlines.
• Communicate with clients to provide status updates, address questions, and resolve issues.
• Work collaboratively with team members, Supervisors, and Managers to ensure efficient workflow and achieve departmental objectives.
• Adhere to compliance protocols, identify potential issues, and escalate them as needed.
• Produce reports detailing file status, timelines, and key performance metrics.
• Recognize opportunities for workflow improvements and suggest process enhancements.
• Assist in onboarding and training new team members.
• Execute tasks and filings within required timelines to prevent delays and uphold client satisfaction.
• High school diploma or equivalent is mandatory.
• An Associate or Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
• At least 2 years of experience in foreclosure, mortgage servicing, or a related legal field is required.
• Knowledge of foreclosure processes, legal terminology, and state-specific regulations is essential.
• Strong organizational and time management abilities are necessary.
• Attention to detail and accuracy is crucial.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills are required.
• Proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, and Outlook is needed.
• Familiarity with firm and client case management systems is essential.
• Ability to consistently follow procedures and meet deadlines is necessary.
• Capability to manage a high volume of work in a fast-paced setting is needed.
• Must maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information appropriately.
• Problem-solving skills and the ability to escalate issues effectively are required.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team environment is essential.
• Must be able to perform extended periods of desk-based computer work.
