Learning Management System Administrator

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom, +3 more countries.

📋 Description

• Oversee the global Learning Management System (LMS).

• Develop various learning activities including training modules, classes, courses, and learning matrices within the LMS.

• Address LMS-related inquiries from users.

• Maintain the LMS support center and documentation; collaborate with IT and the software vendor to troubleshoot issues and reduce downtime.

• Create and update system guidelines and FAQs.

• Assist in the retrieval of training records, plans, and related documents during audits and inspections.

• Respond to training-related findings from audits and inspections.

• Manage user accounts within the LMS.

• Aid in establishing standards, processes, procedures, guidelines, and quality checks for system configurations, architecture, and role-based security.

• Troubleshoot training issues and provide effective solutions.

• Generate training-related reports utilizing LMS reporting functionalities.

• Mentor and train new team members.

• Lead projects assigned within the training department.

• Act as a point of escalation for the compliance training team.

• Perform additional duties as required.


⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree is required.

• At least 4 years of experience working with a learning management system—Cornerstone or Cornerstone SBX—or relevant experience in the Pharmaceutical or CRO industry.

• Proficiency in both spoken and written English.

• Comprehensive understanding of learning management systems and their operational principles.

• Strong knowledge of all MS Office applications, including Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, including abilities in negotiation.

• Proven ability to plan, strategize, manage, monitor, schedule, critique, and solve problems.

• Basic project management skills are essential.

• Excellent customer service skills.

• Familiarity with the CRO/pharmaceutical industry.

• Understanding of training concepts and methods.

• Capability to develop and deliver training on the use of the LMS to end users.

• Strong attention to detail.

• Ability to work effectively under both supervision and independently.

• A flexible and proactive attitude towards working in a dynamic environment.
