Learning Facilitator – AI-Powered Content Creation, Digital Marketing

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Provide subject-specific instruction remotely from a home office using WBS LearnSpace 3D®

• Utilize various teaching methods to create and deliver lessons

• Prepare and develop curriculum-aligned learning materials

• Carry out competency assessments

• Choose, configure, and implement modern AI tools such as ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, and n8n

• Generate, optimize, and assess AI-produced media content

• Teach the basics and the latest advancements in AI for media design

• Conduct training sessions, workshops, and seminars

• Innovate teaching concepts for digital marketing, social media, and e-commerce

• Monitor, assess, and independently enhance expertise in current AI trends and tools

• Assist participants in enhancing their professional skills and integrating into the workforce

⛳️ Requirements

• Completed vocational training or degree in computer science, data science, business informatics, or marketing

• Extensive experience in utilizing AI tools for content creation

• Proven experience in adult education

• Minimum of 600 hours of teaching experience

• Evidence of pedagogical qualification, such as an AEVO trainer certificate

• Strong methodological and didactic skills in delivering educational content

• Capability to elucidate complex topics clearly to learners at various levels

• Independent and structured work style with a high level of personal responsibility

• Exceptional communication and teaching abilities

• Proficient command of the language of instruction, German at C2 level

• Subject-matter expertise in at least two of the following areas: digital marketing, social media, or e-commerce

• Knowledge in SEO, SEA, social media advertising, customer journey mapping, branding, HTML5, CSS3, online marketing laws, content creation, video production, Reels, storytelling, community management, Photoshop, Premiere, After Effects, influencer marketing, media law, data-driven marketing, e-commerce strategies, marketplace positioning, online shop optimization, CMS platforms, and web development
