Learning & Development Trainer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Facilitate both on-site and virtual instructor-led training for current and prospective clients, focusing on Empower System Administration, POS within Empower, and Aiva.

• Conduct Lunch and Learns, as well as train-the-trainer sessions.

• Assist in the creation and revision of training materials.

• Transform conducted sessions into knowledge base articles.

• Communicate client feedback and identify training gaps to the Learning & Development team.

• Provide Empower training to clients during implementation and the go-live phase.

• Guide clients to the knowledge base and Dark Matter Academy for ongoing self-directed learning.

⛳️ Requirements

• Experience with Empower or mortgage Loan Origination Systems (LOS).

• Excellent client-facing facilitation skills, both in-person and virtually.

• Familiarity with instructional design principles.

• Willingness to travel for on-site training sessions.
