Learning Designer, Institutional Solutions

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States, +3 more locations.

📋 Description

• Define the learning design strategy for the Institutional Solutions portfolio

• Establish uniform methodologies, standards, and best practices for adult and professional education

• Oversee learning design governance and ensure quality assurance

• Create and develop interactive digital learning products and live educational experiences

• Design and lead instructor-led virtual and in-person workshops, bootcamps, webinars, and cohort-based programs

• Collaborate with subject matter experts, learning designers, multimedia developers, client stakeholders, and external technology partners

• Utilize learning science and adult learning principles in instructional design and learning pathways

• Investigate and utilize AI-driven content generation and authoring tools

• Create assessment frameworks that align with learning objectives, activities, and evaluation methods

• Analyze learner feedback, engagement data, and learning analytics

• Advise the General Manager of Institutional Solutions on portfolio-level learning design decisions

• Contribute to the advancement of educational products and delivery methods

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience in designing and delivering engaging digital learning products, preferably in professional education, enterprise learning, executive education, or similar adult learning settings

• Experience in leading online learning design initiatives, including MOOCs, high-stakes adult learning programs, B2B learning, or executive education

• A degree in instructional design, learning science, education, or a related field, or equivalent relevant professional experience

• Strong grasp of learning science and adult learning principles

• Background in designing and/or facilitating live, virtual, and cohort-based learning experiences, including workshops, bootcamps, and instructor-led programs

• Familiarity with facilitator materials such as train-the-trainer guides, facilitator scripts, and supplementary learning resources

• Experience utilizing AI-driven content generation and authoring tools

• Proficiency with digital learning authoring tools and learning platforms, including LMS and LXP

• Knowledge of educational technology, multimedia learning, and current trends in AI-enabled and digital education

• Experience in leveraging learner feedback, analytics, and performance data

• Strong collaboration and stakeholder engagement abilities

• Effective communication, consulting, and problem-solving skills

• Organized and adaptable; capable of managing multiple priorities and working collaboratively across international teams and cultures
