Fire Sprinkler Designer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Create designs for fire systems, encompassing fire sprinkler layouts, pipe routing, hanger placements, hydraulic calculations, and associated design tasks.

• Generate supporting documents, files, and services related to fire system designs.

• Aid in the selection of suitable equipment and methodologies for system design.

• Evaluate building plans, project specifications, and building types to determine design requirements.

• Verify the hazard and design criteria necessary for the designs.

• Conduct hydraulic analysis and perform technical calculations.

• Apply best practices and requirements to enhance fabrication data.

• Lead and promote the adoption of software platforms and tools.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 2 years of relevant experience or a Bachelor's degree in Engineering.

• Preferred experience in engineering design.

• Engineering design certification is advantageous.

• Experience in fire sprinkler design is preferred.

• NICET Certification is preferred.
