Learning and Development Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Develop comprehensive onboarding strategies for new team members

• Implement onboarding and training initiatives within designated business areas

• Create and present training sessions focused on technical precision, customer support, and organizational policies

• Assess the effectiveness of training through evaluations and participant feedback

• Lead instructor-led workshops to address performance deficiencies and organizational shifts

• Keep training resources updated within content and learning management systems

• Partner with stakeholders to enhance educational materials

• Oversee e-learning content in collaboration with the centralized Learning & Development team

• Assist in defining and executing employee performance quality benchmarks

• Recognize training needs to improve the client experience

• Communicate training progress and performance issues to stakeholders

• Conduct site assessments to evaluate performance and compliance

• Provide temporary, on-site leadership during staffing transitions

• Serve as a subject matter expert for departmental processes

• Carry out additional responsibilities as assigned

⛳️ Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent is mandatory

• A minimum of 2 years of experience at Esquire or in similar functional areas

• At least 5 years of experience in customer service

• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, Zoom, and Confluence

• Experience with NetSuite is preferred

• Detail-oriented, self-driven, and capable of handling multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

• Must ensure consistent attendance

• Willingness to travel as necessary
