This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Missouri.
• Oversee, implement, and train for the Alberici Lean Edge (ALE) program, Champions Academy, ACT, and Field/Trade Leadership initiatives.
• Collaborate with project teams to deliver Lean training and enhance project results.
• Act as a change agent by adopting best practices and enhancing the Lean culture.
• Educate, mentor, and partner with teams on Team Building and Alignment, Conditions of Satisfaction, Big Room, Last Planner System, Facilitation, Coaching and Training, 5S, and Gemba.
• Facilitate partnering sessions and Team Health evaluations for large and diverse groups.
• Train and guide teams on the Last Planner System of Production Control in a digital setting.
• Instruct project teams on conducting phase pull plans, weekly coordination meetings, and daily huddles.
• Teach project teams how to implement the Site Organization System (5S).
• Mentor assigned project teams using the Explain, Demonstrate, Guide, and Enable (EDGE) approach.
• Review Lean Journey advancements with Champions and project teams while providing mentorship.
• Utilize data and analytics to assist project teams effectively.
• Engage in Gemba Walks to identify opportunities and formulate improvement plans.
• Recognize and communicate areas for enhancing training materials.
• Execute improvement and innovation initiatives as directed by the Lean Director.
• Stay updated on Lean tools and processes.
• Participate in leading industry organizations, including LCI and Communities of Practice.
• Travel to various offices, client, subcontractor, and supplier meetings across North America.
• Attend in person as required by supervision, company policies, and project or office commitments.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or a related field along with 5 years of construction experience and 1-2 years of Lean experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Willingness to travel to project locations across North America for extended periods (up to 85%).
• Capability to travel to company and subsidiary offices, offsite client, subcontractor, and supplier meetings, and other locations throughout North America.
• Consistent and reliable in-person attendance as required by the Supervisor, company guidelines, and/or project and office obligations.
