This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Oversee Lean and Change initiatives for Sopra Steria

• Assist clients in their journey of digital transformation

• Aid clients in realizing measurable and sustainable advantages

• Participate in cooperative transformation projects

• Proven experience in managing Lean and Change activities

• Strong understanding of digital transformation processes

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills

• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
