Lead/Senior Consultant SAP HXM – Advisory & Transformation

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Provide guidance to clients on SAP HCM, SAP SuccessFactors, and HR transformation initiatives.

• Evaluate current HR processes to uncover opportunities for enhancement and digital transformation.

• Create target architectures, solution concepts, and roadmaps for contemporary HR system landscapes.

• Assist in transformation and migration projects, such as transitioning from SAP HCM to SAP SuccessFactors.

• Lead client workshops, discovery sessions, and presentations.

• Aid in acquiring new clients and projects.

• Draft proposals, statements of work, and solution concepts.

• Support RFPs, pitches, and proposal presentations.

• Contribute to demonstrations and Proofs of Concept (PoCs).

• Establish and nurture long-term client relationships and strategic partnerships.

• Collaborate closely with Sales, Delivery, and internal stakeholders throughout the entire client journey.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years of professional experience in the SAP HCM and/or SAP SuccessFactors domain.

• Strong expertise in SAP HCM and SAP SuccessFactors, along with a solid understanding of hybrid SAP HR landscapes.

• Comprehensive knowledge of end-to-end HR processes throughout the Hire-to-Retire lifecycle.

• Experience in HR transformation, digitalization, and/or migration projects.

• Excellent advisory skills with the ability to convert business requirements into effective solutions and roadmaps.

• Comfortable working directly with clients and leading workshops and presentations.

• Background in presales, proposal processes, and ideally RFPs.

• A collaborative approach with the ability to work across Consulting, Sales, and Delivery teams.

• Fluent business-level German skills (minimum C1) are essential.

• Proficient English skills.
