SAP HCM Consultant – PA, OM, PY

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.

📋 Description

• Analyze HR data migration templates and clarify specific fields with the client.

• Collaborate closely with the client's HR/Payroll department to complete, validate, and clarify source data.

• Determine the necessary migration scope, encompassing data valid as of the migration date and the complete employment and payroll history.

• Evaluate the effect of migration scope on complexity and timelines.

• Identify and define total payroll values, including ZUS contribution bases and sickness benefit bases from the past 12 months.

• Convert Polish HR and payroll requirements into SAP HCM migration requirements and solutions.

• Assist in migration testing and confirm the accuracy and completeness of migrated employee data.

• Examine data discrepancies and resolve issues in collaboration with the client.

• Offer practical SAP HCM expertise throughout the migration process.

⛳️ Requirements

• At least 5 years of practical experience with SAP HCM, specifically in PA/OM/PY.

• Strong knowledge of Polish HR and payroll processes, encompassing employment regulations, ZUS contributions, and personal income tax.

• Demonstrated experience in participating in HR data migration projects to SAP HCM.

• Solid understanding of SAP HCM employee and payroll data structures and migration requirements.

• Skilled in analyzing source HR/payroll data to identify missing, inconsistent, or incorrect information.

• Capable of articulating technical SAP and migration topics in clear, business-friendly language to non-technical stakeholders, particularly the client's HR/Payroll department.

• Comfortable engaging directly with the client and taking ownership of assigned migration tasks.

• Previous experience migrating HR/payroll data from enova365 or comparable HR and payroll systems.

• Familiarity with additional SAP HCM functionalities, especially Time Management.

• Experience handling historical payroll data and cumulative values necessary for payroll processing.

• Prior experience working directly with Polish HR/Payroll departments during SAP implementations or migrations.
