Senior Consultant – SAP, Data Modelling, Banking

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.

📋 Description

• Support clients in the banking sector with their data management and reporting requirements throughout transformation initiatives.

• Assess the data management and reporting needs of clients.

• Design, develop, and implement functionalities for data integration and management.

• Construct data models that facilitate the integration of analytical applications and meet reporting demands.

• Collaborate with teams from Software Development, Sales, and other SAP Fioneer departments.

⛳️ Requirements

• A university degree or equivalent practical experience is mandatory.

• A minimum of 3 years of professional experience in IT transformation initiatives is required.

• Initial familiarity with designing data management processes within the banking industry.

• Strong understanding of technical mapping, interfacing, and modeling of Financial Services Industry (FSI) products.

• Basic experience in configuring one of the following SAP solutions: SAP FDS, SAP BW on HANA, or SAP BW/4HANA.

• Preferred proficiency in data modeling using ABAP dictionary, SQL, SAP HANA, SAP BTP, or another database.

• Exposure to AI agents and Claude code is a plus.

• Demonstrate positive, customer-centric interpersonal skills and attitude.

• Willingness to travel up to 50% of the time.

• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken, is essential.
