SAP HCM Technical Consultant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Create, improve, and sustain SAP ABAP programs associated with HR/HCM modules.

• Convert HR process needs into technical solutions.

• Design and implement reports, interfaces, enhancements, forms, and workflows within the SAP HR landscape.

• Provide support for SAP Personnel Administration, Organizational Management, Time Management, and Payroll modules.

• Debug, troubleshoot, and enhance the performance of existing ABAP programs.

• Engage in data migration, system upgrades, and HR system integrations.

• Develop technical documentation and functional specifications.

• Offer technical assistance and resolve production issues related to HR processes.

• Collaborate with functional consultants, business stakeholders, and project teams.

⛳️ Requirements

• Demonstrated experience as an SAP Technical Consultant with proficient ABAP development capabilities.

• Practical experience with SAP HR/HCM modules and HR business processes.

• Experience in crafting HR reports, interfaces, enhancements, forms, and workflows.

• Understanding of employee lifecycle, payroll, time management, and organizational management processes.

• Proficiency in SAP debugging, performance optimization, and technical troubleshooting.

• Familiarity with SAP integration technologies and data migration tools is a plus.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

• Capacity to communicate effectively with both technical and business stakeholders.
