This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States, +3 more locations.
• Deliver exceptional, face-to-face executive and leadership coaching for senior leaders, managers, and high-potential executives.
• Cultivate trusted relationships while upholding confidentiality and maintaining professional boundaries.
• Observe leadership behaviors in real-time and provide insightful, constructive feedback.
• Assist leaders in applying DISC and behavioral insights to their everyday leadership practices.
• Facilitate communication, delegation, influence, feedback, conflict resolution, motivation, team dynamics, and leadership presence.
• Challenge senior leaders while promoting trust, psychological safety, and accountability.
• Emphasize sustainable behavioral change and measurable leadership impact.
• Act as a subject matter expert and thought partner in the creation of leadership development sessions.
• Provide guidance on session design and structure.
• Convert leadership theory and DISC concepts into practical activities and learning experiences.
• Review and enhance session content, exercises, case studies, and coaching activities.
• Ensure that sessions are engaging, practical, and relevant to daily leadership responsibilities.
• Integrate contemporary thinking, best practices, and real-world executive coaching experience into program design.
• Collaborate with client stakeholders, trainers, and subject matter experts.
• Modify content and approach based on participant needs, feedback, and observed leadership behaviors.
• Proven experience in executive and leadership coaching.
• A strong track record of coaching senior leaders and executives.
• In-depth understanding and practical application of DISC behavioral theory.
• Experience in translating behavioral assessments into observable leadership behaviors and actionable insights.
• Ability to identify behavioral patterns and link them to individual and team impacts.
• Evidence of sustained client outcomes and behavioral changes.
• Experience in contributing to or designing leadership development programs and sessions.
• Strong business acumen and the ability to engage credibly with senior business leaders.
• Experience in manufacturing, industrial, engineering, or similarly operational environments is highly preferred.
• Knowledge of operations, health and safety, quality, supply chain, continuous improvement, operational performance, organizational change, and conflict resolution.
• Highly emotionally intelligent, empathetic, and self-aware.
• Exceptional listening skills combined with genuine curiosity.
• Highly observant with the ability to identify behavioral patterns in real-time.
• Comfortable with directly but constructively challenging senior executives.
• Energetic, motivational, and engaging.
• Warm and approachable, with a good sense of humor.
• Adaptable and capable of building rapport quickly with diverse personalities and leadership levels.
• Confident in facilitating groups as well as coaching individuals.
• Practical and commercially-minded.
• Ideally possesses a recognized executive/leadership coaching qualification or accreditation.
• Holds a DISC certification and/or recognized DISC training experience.
• Member of or accredited by a recognized professional coaching body, such as ICF (PCC), EMCC Global (EIA), Marshall Goldsmith Stakeholder Centered Coaching (MGSCC), or Center for Creative Leadership (CCL).
• Additional qualifications in leadership, organizational psychology, behavioral science, facilitation, or related fields are advantageous.
