This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States, +3 more locations.
• Deliver exceptional, face-to-face executive and leadership coaching to senior leaders, managers, and high-potential executives.
• Cultivate trusted relationships while ensuring confidentiality and upholding professional boundaries.
• Observe leadership behaviors in real-time and offer constructive feedback.
• Assist leaders in integrating DISC and behavioral insights into their daily leadership practices.
• Facilitate communication, delegation, influence, feedback, conflict resolution, motivation, team dynamics, and leadership presence.
• Challenge senior leaders while fostering trust, psychological safety, and accountability.
• Emphasize sustainable behavioral change and measurable leadership results.
• Provide guidance on the design and structure of leadership development sessions.
• Translate leadership theories and DISC concepts into actionable activities and learning experiences.
• Review and enhance session content, exercises, case studies, and coaching activities.
• Collaborate with client stakeholders, trainers, the TransPerfect project team, and subject matter experts.
• Modify content based on participant needs, feedback, and observed leadership behaviors.
• Demonstrated experience in executive and leadership coaching.
• Proven success in coaching senior leaders and executives.
• Strong comprehension and practical application of DISC behavioral theory.
• Experience in translating behavioral assessments into observable leadership behaviors and actionable insights.
• Ability to identify behavioral patterns and link them to individual and team outcomes.
• Evidence of sustained client success and behavioral transformation.
• Experience in contributing to or designing leadership development programs and sessions.
• Strong business acumen and capability to engage credibly with senior business leaders.
• Experience in manufacturing, industrial, engineering, or similar operational environments is highly desirable.
• Ideally possess a recognized executive/leadership coaching qualification or accreditation.
• Ideally possess DISC certification and/or recognized DISC training experience.
• Ideally hold membership or accreditation with a recognized professional coaching body, such as ICF (PCC), EMCC Global (EIA), MGSCC, or CCL.
• Additional qualifications in leadership, organizational psychology, behavioral science, facilitation, or related fields are advantageous.
