This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico, +1 more country.
β’ Develop the commercial vision for strategic accounts, projecting 3β5 years ahead by leveraging industry insights, client requirements, and internal feedback.
β’ Collaborate with Sales Engineering to refine the strategic accounts vision.
β’ Define and implement the commercial strategy and roadmap for strategic accounts both in the short term and long term across the US and globally.
β’ Oversee the Strategic Accounts Sales Team.
β’ Drive key commercial initiatives aimed at fostering targeted growth in specific products or market entry strategies.
β’ Introduce enhancements within the group to ensure that Gracenote continues to grow and evolve.
β’ Propel growth and enhance customer value across Gracenote's leading global strategic accounts.
β’ Identify and capitalize on solutions that address significant client needs.
β’ Inspire the organization to support unforeseen or unallocated client opportunities.
β’ A minimum of 10 years of experience in leading high-performing sales teams for enterprise clients, preferably within the Media & Entertainment sector or similar fields.
β’ Proven experience in creating and nurturing a collaborative team-oriented approach to enterprise account sales.
β’ Capability to clearly communicate and present to C-level executives at Gracenote and key strategic clients.
β’ A demonstrated record of growth as both an individual contributor and as a leader of an enterprise accounts sales team.
β’ 5β10 years of experience as a sales representative managing B2B data clients.
β’ A strong passion for and understanding of the TV, Movie, and Sports media landscapes.
β’ Outstanding communication and presentation skills suited for both small client groups and larger audiences.
β’ Strategic mindset, with abilities in market analysis and recognizing product differentiation opportunities beyond just competing on price.
β’ Familiarity with sales methodologies such as pipeline management, ROH, and Salesforce.
β’ Leadership qualities, professionalism, and a temperament to encourage the organization toward unexpected or unallocated opportunities.
β’ A Bachelor's degree or higher from an accredited institution.
β’ Additional education or experience in a business-related field is advantageous.
β’ Experience in OTT, streaming, Connected TV (CTV), or broadcast media is preferred.
β’ Familiarity with SaaS and subscription sales is beneficial.
β’ Experience with metadata content operations is a plus, including Gracenote, TMS, ROVI, or other structured entertainment or sports data firms, or client-side experience with contemporary streaming services.
β’ Willingness and ability to travel for client meetings, industry events, and team collaboration.
β’ Expectation to be onsite or remote with clients at least twice a month.
