This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico, +1 more country.
• Develop the commercial vision for the enterprise customer segment looking 3–5 years ahead, informed by industry insights, client requirements, and internal input.
• Collaborate with Sales Engineering to shape the commercial vision.
• Create and implement the enterprise commercial strategy and roadmap for both the near and long term, in the United States and internationally.
• Oversee the Enterprise Sales Team.
• Spearhead significant commercial initiatives aimed at driving targeted growth across specific products or go-to-market strategies.
• Cultivate strong senior-level relationships with major media companies to facilitate business development.
• Introduce enhancements within the team to guarantee that Gracenote is continuously evolving and improving.
• Ensure focus, accountability, and execution within Gracenote’s strategic enterprise market segment.
• A decade of experience in leading high-performing sales teams for enterprise clients, preferably within the Media & Entertainment sector or similar areas.
• Proven leadership experience in creating and nurturing a collaborative enterprise account selling approach.
• Proficient in effectively communicating and articulating ideas to C-level executives at Gracenote and strategic clients.
• Documented success in growing as both an individual contributor and as a leader of an enterprise accounts sales team.
• 5–10 years of experience as an individual sales representative with a track record of managing B2B data clients.
• A genuine enthusiasm for and understanding of the TV, Movie, and Sports media landscape.
• Outstanding communication and presentation capabilities for both small client gatherings and larger audiences.
• An open, collaborative, and enthusiastic influencer skilled at building relationships and achieving consensus.
• Experience in strategic thinking, market analysis, and product differentiation.
• Familiarity with sales methodologies including pipeline management, ROH, and Salesforce.
• Leadership qualities, professionalism, and a temperament conducive to motivating organizational change and seizing major opportunities.
• A Bachelor’s degree or higher from an accredited institution.
• Additional business-related education or experience is advantageous.
• Background in Media publishing, OTT, streaming, Connected TV (CTV), or broadcast media.
• Experience in SaaS and subscription sales.
• Knowledge of metadata content operations is beneficial, including Gracenote, TMS, ROVI, or other structured entertainment or sports data companies, or client-side modern streaming content data operations.
• Willingness and ability to travel up to 50% of the time.
