Lead Software Engineer – Fluent/Native German Speaker

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Develop software and tackle intricate technical challenges.

• Architect solutions and make pivotal technology choices.

• Provide technical guidance to fellow developers.

• Conduct code reviews to maintain high engineering quality standards.

• Collaborate with Product to convert customer requirements into technical solutions.

• Take full ownership from the initial concept to production deployment for customers.

• Continuously enhance the team, processes, and technology.

• Engage directly with customers to plan and develop medical teams on the product.

⛳️ Requirements

• Several years of experience in Software Engineering or prior experience in a Tech Lead role.

• Strong foundation in software engineering principles.

• Comprehensive understanding of software architecture.

• Ability to quickly familiarize oneself with new topics.

• Pragmatic and hands-on work approach.

• Readiness to assume technical responsibilities and provide leadership.

• Experience with, or willingness to engage with, TypeScript, Vue.js, Node.js, PostgreSQL, cloud technologies, Docker, and AI/optimization for complex planning issues is advantageous, though mastery of every technology is not necessary.

• Fluent or native German speaker.
