This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in North Carolina.
β’ Create contemporary integration solutions utilizing web UI frameworks, REST APIs, and cloud services.
β’ Design and sustain integrations with popular CRM systems and third-party services across the entire stack.
β’ Collaborate with product, engineering, security, and operations teams to provide dependable customer-facing features.
β’ Participate in technical design assessments, code evaluations, and promote engineering best practices.
β’ Develop and uphold automated unit, integration, and end-to-end tests, including continuous operations automation.
β’ Enhance system reliability, scalability, performance, monitoring, alerting, and incident management.
β’ Deploy, automate, and oversee extensive AWS infrastructure.
β’ Engage in the team's on-call rotation and enhance service operations.
β’ Explore new technologies, AI-assisted development workflows, and modern engineering methodologies.
β’ Implement AI-driven development practices to expedite prototyping, implementation, testing, and operational efficiency.
β’ Review code, mentor colleagues, share best practices, and assist other teams in resolving platform challenges.
β’ Diagnose production incidents and manage issues from initial symptoms to root causes.
β’ Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
β’ Over 8 years of software engineering experience, with proven technical leadership and cross-team influence.
β’ Comprehensive understanding of contemporary web UI frameworks and REST API-based architectures.
β’ Experience in building and operating cloud-native or microservice-oriented applications.
β’ Practical experience with at least one significant CRM platform (Salesforce, ServiceNow, or similar).
β’ Proficient with at least one major CRM API (Apex, Lightning, NestJS, or similar).
β’ Full-stack development experience, demonstrating proficiency in both front-end and back-end development.
β’ Expertise in at least two modern JavaScript frameworks (React, Vue, Svelte, or similar).
β’ Familiarity with NestJS or comparable Node.js backend frameworks for developing RESTful API services.
β’ Strong foundational knowledge in algorithms, data structures, and distributed systems design.
β’ Established experience with event-driven and service-oriented architectures (e.g., Kafka, Kinesis, SQS).
β’ Solid understanding of OAuth 2.0 / PKCE authentication, WebRTC, and cross-origin communication patterns (iFrame, PostMessage).
β’ Hands-on experience with automated testing, continuous integration, and continuous deployment methodologies.
β’ Self-motivated with robust problem-solving abilities and the skill to translate complex challenges into actionable solutions.
