Lead Software Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Oversee the design, development, and implementation of new features across the entire technology stack.

• Establish and maintain engineering standards including code quality, testing methodologies, and architectural frameworks.

• Guide and assist developers through code evaluations, collaborative programming, and technical dialogue.

• Partner with Product Management to convert customer requirements into effective technical solutions.

• Assess and incorporate AI-driven tools and agents to enhance development processes.

• Contribute to our technical strategy and take part in architectural decision-making.

• Engage directly with customer-facing teams to gain insight into real-world applications and challenges.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of five years of professional experience in software development, including at least one year in a tech lead or senior position.

• Proficient in C# and .NET for backend development.

• Familiarity with React for frontend development.

• Knowledge of design patterns and clean architecture principles.

• Practical experience with AI agents and contemporary AI-enhanced development workflows.

• Understanding of SAP or other ERP systems.

• Experience in agile or product-driven engineering environments.
