Lead Software Developer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Manage software development initiatives from inception to completion

• Offer technical support and mentorship to junior and mid-level engineers

• Design, develop, and sustain software applications in line with business and technical specifications

• Address intricate technical issues to enhance software performance and features

• Engage in Daily SCRUM meetings and make informed technical choices

• Maintain and update SCRUM boards and tasks throughout the workflow until they are marked as “Done”

• Work alongside PSI teams to ensure that software aligns with user requirements and business objectives

• Create and manage processes for documenting software development methodologies and code

• Keep abreast of technological advancements and integrate new tools and techniques

• Collaborate with business analysts and engineers to devise suitable technical solutions

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field

• At least 5 years of experience in full-stack development

• A minimum of 5 years in software development, preferably on a Microsoft platform

• Minimum of 5 years of experience with a Database Management System (DBMS) such as SQL Server or similar

• Familiarity with networking and software-defined networking in cloud environments

• Experience with large-scale production systems

• Proficiency in designing, analyzing, and troubleshooting both new and existing software

• Background in a pharmaceutical, biotechnology, CRO, or imaging CRO environment

• Must not require work visa sponsorship for employment now or in the future
