This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.

📋 Description

• Lead and motivate a team of full stack developers and Automation QAs within an agile Scrum framework.

• Maintain and enhance engineering best practices to provide robust, scalable solutions.

• Guide team members on best practices, modern architectural patterns, and S.O.L.I.D. principles.

• Work alongside the Product Manager and Scrum Master to develop requirements, refine user stories, and establish acceptance criteria.

• Design and implement solutions for intricate technical challenges utilizing C#, .NET 10, React, and Azure microservices.

• Develop and contribute to AI-driven tools that enhance the efficiency of the software development lifecycle.

• Lead the design and advancement of customer-facing web applications and microservices for the OrbusINFINITY SaaS platform.

• Influence architectural decisions and uphold high standards in agile development practices.

• Participate in feature development, product discovery, and innovation in scalable, resilient systems.


⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 6 years of experience with C# .NET/.NET Core.

• At least 3 years of experience in React and TypeScript.

• Over 2 years of experience in agile team leadership.

• Familiarity with AI tools and their application within software development.

• Strong communication skills and a proven track record of cross-team collaboration.

• Experience in solution architecture for complex challenges.

• Proficient in OOP and S.O.L.I.D. principles.

• Background in mentoring multi-disciplinary engineers.

• Experience with integration and unit testing for production releases.

• Knowledge of Azure native services.

• Experience with SQL Server (T-SQL) and NoSQL databases.

• Understanding of micro-frontends and microservices.

• Experience working on an existing production SaaS platform.

• Proficient with Git and branching strategies, versioning, and dependency management.

• Commitment to continuous improvement and adherence to best practices.

• Experience in an automated continuous delivery environment.

• Exposure to containers and Kubernetes.
