This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States, +2 more locations.
• Oversee the design, implementation, and management of scalable, secure, and highly available solutions utilizing Microsoft Azure, Power Platform, and associated Microsoft technologies.
• Engage in hands-on development of software applications and solutions across the technology and services portfolio.
• Provide leadership to the Product Development team, including facilitating daily standups.
• Spearhead the design and execution of CI/CD pipelines in Azure DevOps to ensure reliable, repeatable, and automated deployments.
• Offer hands-on prototyping, code reviews, and mentorship to software engineers.
• Advocate for the responsible use of GitHub Copilot and AI-assisted development methods, including agentic designs and processes.
• Collaborate with product owners and team leads to plan, prioritize, and deliver outcomes across various concurrent projects.
• Maintain security, compliance, performance, and quality standards throughout the software development lifecycle.
• Support the implementation and continuous enhancement of automated quality control processes.
• Work alongside product, data, and business stakeholders while managing multiple initiatives concurrently.
• Extensive experience at a senior level in architecting, developing, and delivering enterprise solutions on Microsoft Azure and Power Platform.
• Strong practical experience with Azure DevOps, including project, team, process, and board configuration.
• Profound knowledge of Azure DevOps CI/CD, deployment automation, and infrastructure as code.
• Hands-on experience in delivering AI and machine learning solutions in Microsoft Azure, including Microsoft Copilot, Azure AI Foundry, and Azure AI Services.
• Demonstrated success in leading agile and scrum teams while driving iterative delivery.
• Capability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously, balancing technical depth, delivery excellence, and stakeholder expectations.
• Exceptional communication, collaboration, and leadership abilities.
• Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Computer Science, Technology, Mathematics, or Statistics preferred.
• At least 7 years of software engineering experience in delivering enterprise solutions.
• Over 5 years of experience in designing and implementing cloud-based applications, integrations, automation, and platform capabilities using Microsoft Azure, Power Platform, and related Microsoft technologies.
• More than 5 years of experience leading software engineering teams and technical projects.
• Experience applying engineering and solution design methodologies, including requirements analysis, technical planning, architecture evaluation, troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and actionable implementation recommendations.
• Familiarity with delivering AI, machine learning, and intelligent automation solutions.
• Experience in establishing and maintaining security, governance, compliance, and risk management standards.
• In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Azure, App Services, Azure Functions, Logic Apps, API integrations, Azure Storage, SQL Server, and Azure SQL.
• Strong proficiency with Microsoft Azure DevOps, including boards, repositories, pipelines, test plans, release workflows, team configuration, and agile project delivery practices.
• Hands-on experience with Azure Pipelines, YAML-based pipeline configuration, Git, pull request workflows, and infrastructure as code using Bicep, ARM templates, or Terraform.
• Experience with Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse, Power BI, Fabric, custom connectors, and environment governance.
• Knowledge of Azure security, identity, and governance features, including Key Vault, Managed Identity, Microsoft Entra ID, RBAC, policy management, and secrets management.
• Proficiency in C#, .NET, Python, JavaScript, TypeScript, REST APIs, and modern service integration patterns.
• Familiarity with Azure AI Foundry, Azure AI Services, Azure Machine Learning, Microsoft Copilot, prompt engineering, and agent-based solution design.
• Ability to think logically and express ideas clearly and concisely.
• Capability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team.
• Willingness to take ownership and complete assignments.
• Ability to learn and adapt to new systems and applications.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with Directors and colleagues.
• Ability to meet deadlines and deliver work promptly.
• Willingness to occasionally work overtime.
