
Lead Revenue Cycle Supervisor β Epic Hospital Billing

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
β’ Supervise teams engaged in revenue cycle operations across various clients.
β’ Assist domestic business office personnel with daily time management, support inquiries, policy clarification, and the distribution of updated information.
β’ Interact with client teams through phone, email, and instant messaging.
β’ Report directly to the Domestic Business Office leadership team.
β’ Lead client-facing meetings, which include setting agendas, maintaining issue logs, preparing report packages, and providing supporting documentation.
β’ Oversee team metrics, individual productivity and quality indicators, as well as client-specific service-level agreements.
β’ Collaborate on the onboarding process for new clients, including staff assignments and point solutions, such as system access, equipment setup, training, and onboarding expectations.
β’ Schedule staff to ensure coverage during client operating hours.
β’ Review and authorize employee time, time off, billable hours, and overtime.
β’ Develop and maintain unit budgets and utilization KPIs, including project and client-specific budgets within Workday.
β’ Coordinate with RC Analytics and IT to ensure accurate reporting.
β’ Partner with Human Resources and DBO leadership on performance issues and attendance/time-reporting matters.
β’ Must have current permanent U.S. work authorization.
β’ Preferably 5+ years of experience in Revenue Cycle within a multi-facility, integrated healthcare delivery system or consulting.
β’ At least 1+ years of leadership experience in a multi-facility, integrated healthcare delivery system or consulting is preferred.
β’ Familiarity with accounting systems, insurance matters, healthcare industry trends and issues, legal considerations within the field of expertise, as well as required third-party and governmental regulations.
β’ Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
β’ Exceptional oral and written communication abilities.
β’ Strong organizational skills with the capacity to prioritize tasks, manage multiple initiatives, respond to communications promptly, and create/manage project work plans.
β’ Solid analytical skills with a proven ability to interpret extensive data sets and translate findings into actionable improvement recommendations.
β’ Capability to work autonomously and maintain self-motivation.
β’ Must be flexible and adaptable to change.
β’ Comfortable making decisions in uncertain situations.
