Lead React Native Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland, +4 more countries.

📋 Description

• Lead the development of React Native applications for mobile gaming experiences catering to millions of players globally.

• Create well-structured, testable, and scalable code.

• Oversee the complete development lifecycle, from sprint planning to release.

• Facilitate collaboration between engineering teams and product owners.

• Manage and optimize the release processes for various mobile applications developed from shared codebases.

• Mentor and motivate the engineering team.

• Integrate AI agents and automation tools to enhance code reviews and developer workflows.

• Proactively address technical debt and promote a long-term architectural vision.

⛳️ Requirements

• Demonstrated proficiency in React Native, TypeScript, TanStack Query, Zustand, React Navigation, and MMKV.

• Comprehensive understanding of monorepo architectures and the ability to build applications from the ground up.

• Significant experience with third-party integrations, including external APIs, analytics, and payment gateways.

• Expertise in crafting seamless animations using React Native Reanimated.

• Practical experience with push notifications, deep links, and universal links.

• A delivery-focused mindset with outstanding attention to UI/UX details.

• Proficient English communication skills.

• Experience in writing unit tests is an advantage.

• Native development experience with Java/Kotlin or Objective-C/Swift is a bonus.

• Background in web development, especially with Next.js, is a plus.

• Familiarity with setting up and maintaining mobile CI/CD pipelines using Azure Pipelines or Fastlane is advantageous.
