Lead, Project Controls – Estimating

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversee cost, estimating, and/or scheduling workstreams for intricate projects

• Gather inputs from analysts and schedulers

• Engage directly with client stakeholders

• Recognize and convey cost and schedule risks

• Assist Managers with reporting and oversight of delivery

• Ensure compliance with project controls standards

• Serve as the project controls lead for significant or high-risk projects

• Manage cost and scheduling activities

• Act as the main point of contact for project-level controls delivery

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management, or a related discipline

• A minimum of eight years of relevant experience as a cost or schedule management specialist on capital projects, encompassing design, construction, and testing phases

• Proven experience working within teams in a complex, matrixed environment

• Proficient in using cost and schedule management software

• Experience in one or more of the following sectors: construction, life sciences, data centers, industrial, or a related technical field

• Excellent oral and written communication skills
