This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.
β’ Identify, research, and evaluate audio partners according to customer needs, rights, scalability, language availability, quality, and accessibility.
β’ Facilitate discussions with partners and customers, transforming ambiguous requests into precise sample-data plans.
β’ Collect and prepare sample data that is ready for customers, which includes audio, transcripts, metadata, and relevant context.
β’ Oversee audio agreements from the feasibility stage to packaging, quality assessment, and final delivery.
β’ Assist in targeted outreach initiatives to audio firms and model developers while contributing to the vertical pipeline development.
β’ Recognize obstacles and develop simple tools, documentation, and processes to address them.
β’ Work collaboratively with the Audio GM, DataLab researchers, on-site engineers, sales teams, product departments, and legal advisors regarding rights, privacy, quality, and delivery matters.
β’ Background in partnerships, business development, sales, solutions, operations, or project management with a customer focus.
β’ Proven ability to handle multiple moving parts, ensure follow-through, and take ownership of tasks from initial problem identification to resolution.
β’ Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
β’ Ease in outbound activities, relationship building, and managing ambiguous discussions.
β’ Strong judgment regarding prioritization, confidentiality, data rights, and risk management.
β’ Passion for audio, media, speech AI, or training data.
β’ Eagerness to learn about transcripts, diarization, channel separation, language coverage, audio quality, and metadata.
β’ Proactive attitude, high sense of ownership, and capability to impose order in chaotic situations.
